Custom Product Training is available with the purchase of Avtron Aerospace equipment. All product training is customized to meet individual customer needs and is available at Avtron facilities or on-site for your convenience. Training can also be provided at any time during the life of your Avtron test equipment to improve the performance and efficiency of your operators.
Support Contracts
Support Contracts can be customized and created at the time of purchase for your Avtron Aerospace equipment. Support Contracts can also be developed at anytime during the life of your test equipment to support your existing test system(s).
Product Upgrades and Spare Parts
Avtron strives to address issues related to technology obsolescence by providing product upgrades for both hardware and software, and spare parts for all Avtron aircraft test equipment. Even some of our earliest test systems can be upgraded to the equivalent of our latest revision. Return Material Advice (RMA)

Calibration Support
Calibration Support is available to help keep your Avtron equipment running at peak performance. Whether you require a NIST traceable calibration, our highest level of calibration service performed in accordance with the ISO 10012-1 standard; or, basic calibration without industry specification conformance; we offer calibration support services to meet your needs. Calibration services can be provided on-site at your facility for permanently installed equipment or through our RMA service for portable equipment.
Program Revision Service (PRS)
Program Revision Service (PRS) is a software support service designed to ensure continued testing to the latest CMM revision. Subscriptions to this service are offered to customers who have purchased automatic test equipment from Avtron. Program Revision Service (PRS) subscribers receive monthly updates to their system and adapter software. Non-subscribers interested in purchasing TPS software upgrades can contact Customer Support Engineering for more information.
pcAnywhere™
pcAnywhere™ remote control offers instant software and hardware support for your Avtron Aerospace automatic test system. Troubleshooting can be remotely implemented by our Engineers via modem or internet connection to your ADAS™, UnivATE™ , or generator test stand. This service is available to fix problems, update software, or change configurations. With customer permission and password, Avtron Aerospace Support Engineers have access to test system operation and software from thousands of miles away. Some services can be provided instantly without the need to wait for an appointment or delivery! |
