Component Testing
Avtron Aerospace H200 series Hydraulic Component Test Systems are designed to provide functional testing for actuators of all shapes and sizes, PTU’s, valves, brakes, hydraulic fuses,filters, accumulators , proof testing, and cycling. Our Hydraulic Component Systems feature extensive use of manifold technology that provides hydraulic fluid circuit stability and simplified troubleshooting. Optional semi-automatic and fully automatic control is available utilizing the Avtron ADAS™.
Many Avtron Aerospace Hydraulic Test Systems are capable of operating above 5000 psi to meet aircraft flow and pressure test requirements, including those of new generation aircraft. For specific flow and pressure ranges please contact your Avtron Aerospace sales representative.

Servo Component Testing
Avtron Aerospace H300 Series Universal Servo-Valve and Electro-Hydraulic Valve (EHV) Test Systems are designed for accurate control and data acquisition, as well as general component testing, utilizing Avtron’s ADAS™ for manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic control as well as automatic data acquisition. An optional Enhanced Servo Analyzer feature is available to provide complete detailed testing capability.
Many Avtron Aerospace hydraulic test systems are capable of operating above 5000 psi to meet aircraft flow and pressure test requirements, including those of new generation aircraft. For specific flow and pressure ranges please contact your Avtron Aerospace sales representative. |

Hydraulic Pump and Motor Test Stands
Avtron Aerospace H500 Series Universal Hydraulic Pump and Motor Test Stands are designed to perform post-overhaul and audit testing of airborne hydraulic pumps and motors. The test stand’s open frame design allows for easy installation, maintenance, and calibration. The H500 Series test stands are operator friendly, designed for ease of calibration and utilize Avtron’s ADAS™ for manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic control as well as automatic data acquisition.

IDG Lube Components Test Stand
