Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) for Electronics

The Avtron Aerospace UnivATE™ is an automatic test set designed to test aircraft electrical/electronic control boxes and flight control units. The UnivATE™ has a library of test programs for over 400 UUT’s that are kept up to date with the newest CMM’s, T.O.’s, and other Governing Test Documents.

The types of UUT’s tested on the UnivATE™ contain, but are not limited to, GCU’s, BPCU’s, GAPCU’s, Load Controllers, Protection Panels, Audio Controllers, Flap/Slat Controllers, Battery Charger Controllers, Window Heat Controllers, Prox boxes, Cabin pressure controllers, and more.

Avtron supports an extensive range of aircraft. Test programs are available for aircraft components on Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, Embraer, McDonnell-Douglas, Lockheed-Martin, and Fokker aircraft.

Avtron Aerospace test software and test programs are written strictly to follow governing test procedures (CMM, ATP, T.O., etc.) and are developed under guidelines of ARINC 625-1 and 668 standards.

visExec™ Upgrade with Data Analysis

  • Avtron’s visExec™, is a Windows based software program that is quick and easy to learn. It will reduce your training time and lower the skill level required for safe, economical testing.
  • UnivATE™ and K825B customers that upgrade will utilize dual-boot system executives that allow operation of both MegaBasic™ (DOS) and visExec™ (Windows) modes.
  • Software upgrades can be made without losing existing programs.
  • Software assisted data analysis is included with visExec™ upgrade. Users can analyze test results and quickly identify the source of a component problem. This ensures units are quickly returned to service, increasing uptime.
