In the 1960’s, Avtron Aerospace was a pioneer in developing digital solid state circuit technology for rugged environmental conditions. The company was among the first to use microprocessor-based products in the 1970’s. The 1980’s and 1990’s brought a surge of new product development activities including computer-based test stands, hydraulic test equipment, and other automated test solutions. Company acquisitions and expansions since then have positioned Avtron Aerospace as the industry leader with a full range of innovative test solutions.

Building a customized test solution is more than just system integration, it requires extensive knowledge of system control theory, metrology, electrical/mechanical/hydraulics system design, software design, LRU operation theory, ergonomics, design for maintenance, operation economics, etc. At Avtron Aerospace, we set ourselves apart from the competition by offering our customers a talented and experienced team of engineers. Program Management
There is always risk associated with cost, functionality, and delivery when working on a complex custom project. Avtron Aerospace offers strength in program management and employs a continuous improvement process-skills and tools needed for excellent program execution. We employ a team of Applications Engineers working as part of the sales team to help fully understand customer requirements and needs at the initial stages of customer engagement. Dedicated Project Engineers apply best practices in program management for successful program execution using leading edge tools throughout the process of developing your test solution.
